We always have a great time at Mangia Gourmet! The servers, Angel, Paulius, and Tiuana, are the best, and the food is always delicious and SO healthy. The garden at Mangia is a wonderful, quiet, secluded spot in three header of downtown Gulfport.

Food is delicious, staff is super friendly! Owner really cares for her place and customers.. I haven't had anything I haven't liked. I love the vegetable based, non soy protein they use in smoothies, plenty of gluten free items.. a local treasure for sure..
Very pleasant experience.. The staff was friendly and attentive, service was excellent, and the food was "yummy".. I especially like the coffee, and the Sriracha sauce... very nice.. I drink a lot of coffee, and am very particular about it.. and this coffee, was excellent.. I had the Asian Cashew Stir Fry, with chicken with a side of the Sriracha sauce .... mmmmmm. delicious... and I can usually eat a lot, and this filled me up, totally satisfied.. and some to bring home... Thanks everyone
Food is filling and cooked/prepared perfectly. Ingredients are combined not to overpower one another, and you leave very satisfied. Love that I can order anything GF!!! A refreshing local find! Bravo!
Ready for a repeat! Great people and atmosphere. Had to grab some mango salsa to go because "It called to me".
Very good black bean burgers, buns with potatoe salad! I must say. very delicious!! Im coming back!
