I took my Aunt to her appointment on 4/28 and we were waiting outside with other patients that had appointments. The office was closed and doctor’s office could not be reached. Finally someone from the bank that’s in the same building, came out and inform the patients that Dr. Mangia’s office closed down. Patients were never informed and I’m trying to find a way to contact this doctor to get my Aunt’s medical records, since I already schedule her with another doctor.
Agree with the other reviewer! This guy and his office clerks were ridiculously rude! Not what you would expect from a healthcare provider!! Why speak Spanish? I did not understand a word!

They literally sent me someone else's lab work with results no one would want shared, a total HIPAA violation on their end. When we notified them they simply did not care and asked us to shred it. The receptionist L.M. has a very rude attitude towards patients and is a total mess. The fact she sent someone else's lab work is INEXCUSABLE and down right SCARY. When we told them they had violated HIPAA L.M. literally said "I don't care" ---- BE CAREFUL HERE.
Dr. Mangia has been the pcp for my husband and me for over 20 years. he's incredibly busy but also incredibly kind, patient, thorough, and thoughtful. We moved to West new york 6 years ago and i tried to find someone in our area because the commute to Jersey City takes so long but went back almost immediately because nobody compares to Dr. Mangia and we love Mrs. Mangia - again super busy but incredibly helpful and compassionate.
