I’ve been calling to make an appointment for over a month, they keep promising to call back to set it up, unfortunately the staff is painfully unprofessional, they just don’t bother to follow up on their obligations and promises I’m contacting the medical board with details specifically about LESLIE with her out of line comments, statements of
They literally sent me someone else's lab work with results no one would want shared, a total HIPAA violation on their end. When we notified them they simply did not care and asked us to shred it. The receptionist L.M. has a very rude attitude towards patients and is a total mess. The fact she sent someone else's lab work is INEXCUSABLE and down right SCARY. When we told them they had violated HIPAA L.M. literally said "I don't care" ---- BE CAREFUL HERE.
Dr. Mangia has been the pcp for my husband and me for over 20 years. he's incredibly busy but also incredibly kind, patient, thorough, and thoughtful. We moved to West new york 6 years ago and i tried to find someone in our area because the commute to Jersey City takes so long but went back almost immediately because nobody compares to Dr. Mangia and we love Mrs. Mangia - again super busy but incredibly helpful and compassionate.
He's the best doctor in Jersey City, I'm changing my primary doctor for him because he listen to you when you have a problem He's there for you he did something for me that my primary doctor refused to do. my name is Pablo Roman and all I could say about this doctor is good things and the lady that's works in the front desk she's really nice and friendly and does her job the right way and explain everything you need to know. god bless them both.
