Dr. Mangia has been the pcp for my husband and me for over 20 years. he's incredibly busy but also incredibly kind, patient, thorough, and thoughtful. We moved to West new york 6 years ago and i tried to find someone in our area because the commute to Jersey City takes so long but went back almost immediately because nobody compares to Dr. Mangia and we love Mrs. Mangia - again super busy but incredibly helpful and compassionate.
He's the best doctor in Jersey City, I'm changing my primary doctor for him because he listen to you when you have a problem He's there for you he did something for me that my primary doctor refused to do. my name is Pablo Roman and all I could say about this doctor is good things and the lady that's works in the front desk she's really nice and friendly and does her job the right way and explain everything you need to know. god bless them both.
No one has answered the phone or returned calls for over a week. Looks like the doctor is no longer practicing?
The front desk lady is rude, will hang up on you for asking questions as she doesn't want to solve any issues related to their own patient's but wouldn't transfer to someone else that can help either. Fax doesn't work, customer services is horrible.
While the doctor himself is nice & I never had an attitude problem with the staff however the way they run this office at this point is beyond a joke. Scheduled an appointment at a particular he's never on time, Why is that?? Well he also works at a hospital which affects & interfere with the time he should be seeing his patients at his private office.
