They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

Haven't visited the ofice lately due to me living in another part of town but i keep him as my primary doctor. i actually like Dr. Patel i think he's funny smart and honest at least with me. And now that my children are older they have him as their doctor and he actually remembers them. my only concern is with the appointments they should be closer in dates. But other than that i have no problems with him.

They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment.
