The flowers I ordered for my girlfriend were amazing and she absolutely loved them. I placed my order through the concierge desk at the Park Hyatt Chicago to be delivered to her room as a surprise. Mangel Florist delivered them to the hotel within hours. Well done on an amazing bouquet!
Fell in love with this little shop (they have more than just flowers) inside the Drake when I stayed there. Recently used them for a corporate event and couldn't have been happier. They where quick, cost effective, and delivered exactly what we asked for. Gem.
Mangel Florist is hands down the best florist I’ve ever ordered from! I called from out of state to place an order for a special occasion, and they absolutely nailed it. The arrangement was beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for. On top of that, their customer service was incredible, they handled a delivery issue quickly and with so much care. This will definitely be my go-to florist whenever I need flowers in Chicago!
The bouquet was okay. They know what they are doing. However, the attitude of one of the ladies was terrible. She talked to me like I’m an idiot for not knowing that their special flower shop only sells custom made bouquets. The whole exchange of taking my order was cold and condescending. I only bought from them because I had to get a bouquet at the last minute and they were the closest shop. I will not be shopping here again.
I called on a Saturday afternoon to order a 'whimsical pastel' arrangement, and Susan exceeded all expectations! She created the most beautiful bouquet and had it delivered within hours. I've sent many floral arrangements over the years from various florists, but this was by far the best experience. Exceptional service and stunning flowers—highly recommend!
