I meant to leave this review a couple of months ago. I love shopping here. Any time I come to downtown Chicago, I stop in. Many quality, cute, and thoughtful items, perfect for gift buying, and the employees are so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to help. Highly recommended.
They have always been my favorite Chicago florist, and have just secured lifetime favorite status! Their designs are absolutely gorgeous and classic. I ordered an arrangement as a centerpiece for friends who are hosting for Thanksgiving tomorrow. When the arrangement arrived, the colors weren’t what I envisioned. Got two dozen roses that didn’t even last 5 days. Called manager and he was completely useless. Told us that had we called earlier (2 days earlier) he could have done something which I feel is a cop-out because had I called Wednesday would that date have moved to Tuesday? Originally he started out that we should have called Sunday. Eye roll. What a waste of hundreds of dollars.
The flowers I ordered for my girlfriend were amazing and she absolutely loved them. I placed my order through the concierge desk at the Park Hyatt Chicago to be delivered to her room as a surprise. Mangel Florist delivered them to the hotel within hours. Well done on an amazing bouquet!
Fell in love with this little shop (they have more than just flowers) inside the Drake when I stayed there. Recently used them for a corporate event and couldn't have been happier. They where quick, cost effective, and delivered exactly what we asked for. Gem.
