Had appointment for 11am. Waited until 11:25am and left because my appointment had not started. Why book appointments if the optometrists is not available at the time the appointment was made? Poor customer service.

I've been coming here for years and I always have a pleasant experience. Dr Luna Mangat is super kind, patient, and helpful! She genuinely takes the time to listen to your concerns and figure out the best solution. I always get contact lenses from them and they ensure they are the best fit. The front staff, especially Rupinder is also so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend them!
