Very friendly staff. Did a great job on the car am happy with the results.
These guys obviously care about their work and it shows. My car looks better than it was new. The receptionists were so nice. Tony was super helpful, i would give him 6 stars if i could.

Insurance claim through Shannon's. Not a great process, poor communication. Gave us an ETA VIA EMAIL, when the date came up and we had heard nothing they were contacted. Got a curt response of "well, if you got an ETA, it wasn't from us" when they added a week or two to the lead time. We had to reorganise our car service as a result which had been booked following the date given.
