Called up for a quote last week and was met with a very rude and some what condesending female who answered the phone. If that's the first point of contact, no thanks.
Great outcome & customer experience. They replaced my LC200 upper tailgate and colour matched it perfectly. The people who work here were always very pleasant and courteous. Finally, they gave my car a lovely clean before its return and even blackened the tyres reinforcing the special customer service experience.
Experienced Prius repairer. I'll write up a more detailed review soon, I'm time poor right now.
Came in to get a quote. Lady behind the counter questioned if I was going to get a quote anywhere else. I told her I was going to one other place. She then told me she didn’t want my business if I was going to get a quote elsewhere.
