Insurance claim through Shannon's. Not a great process, poor communication. Gave us an ETA VIA EMAIL, when the date came up and we had heard nothing they were contacted. Got a curt response of "well, if you got an ETA, it wasn't from us" when they added a week or two to the lead time. We had to reorganise our car service as a result which had been booked following the date given. Good work fast turnaround around
Called for a quote after being reversed into… First thing in the morning visited for an inspection. Tony assessed the damage and stated, "I’ll have the quote to you today”… By the end of the day, no quote… I called the next morning looking for the promised quote. The receptionist defensively jabbed back with, “We’re busy! And, “He has nine quotes to do!!” Then for good measure threw in, “Tony said today or tomorrow”….
