The people who work here used to be employees of Luk Fook before the Luk Fook Brand moved to CF Markville mall. A couple years ago I purchased an 18k gold white necklace as a gift. I returned to the store to have them just check the clasp as I was mentioning that it seems loose ( keep in mind they use lobster clasp and it is affixed to a luk Fook tag so people can identify the item as belonging to Luk Fook. Very happy with my purchase although there isn't many mens items plenty of selection for women though
If i could give this place a negative 5 star, I would. I visited this store looking for gold wedding bangles and i felt like i was being pre-judged by a very rude sales lady ( i was just wearing regular jeans and t-shirt). First, she wouldn’t let me touch the jewelry and wanted me to buy the item first before showing it to me. This never happens to me when i visit more high end stores than this this one where im treated with more respect.
