Tamara is amazing. She was open, friendly and so positive! She asked and listened to what I wanted, what was special about my hair (naturally curly hair - no thinning please), and what I expected to receive with my haircut. And she delivered! I was more than pleased and satisfied with my haircut and her positive attitude to her clients and life was more than appreciated! Thank you Tamara!
10 out of 10. Made a last minute appointment for a Friday after work.and they were able to get me in. I'm literally the worst when it comes to getting my hair cut, and I know this about myself. They were so understanding and the teamwork atmosphere really lets you feel at ease. They went above and beyond to make sure that I left happy and that's what is the most important thing. I'll be back if they'll have me.
UPDATE in 2025: One thing I would like to highlight is that they do not have loyalty for long term clients. Couldn’t give me 2 hrs for my birthday grooming. Disappointed!!! Also, they kinda messed up my hair last time I was there and now they are not giving me anymore appointments. I don’t know what that says about them! A big shout out to Jade!! Tamara is fantastic! I have always struggled to get my haircut in the style that I wanted but Tamara listened to what I wanted, understood and cut it exactly how I liked! It looks great even after a few weeks! The colour she gave me was amazing as well. She had a great sense of what would look well on me and I loved it. In addition, she is so kind and sweet, it was great sitting in her chair. I will definitely go see Tamara again!
