Extremely unprofessional. Seems nice at first but caring for the anxious patient is not his specialty. I was trying to get his attention and talk over the contraption in my mouth to let him know I was in pain and he told me not to yell at him, then stopped services because I tried to further explain what was wrong. I was white knuckling the chair trying to get through the cleaning and even had nitrous (I don’t think it was turned on). I had tears falling down my cheeks and my spouse witnessed all of it. It was an honor and a privilege not only being under their care, but for each and every time we came into contact with every person who works here! Bri and Kayleigh make sure that we are comfortable and that all of our details are handled with exceptional care and precision.
