ROSA IS AMAZING!! Gosh she is such an expert at what she does. I came in with red hair & she was able to turn me into honey blonde! The extensions she put in are so light & comfortable. She was so kind, educated me on everything I needed to know to keep my hair healthy, & a joy to be with. I couldn’t recommend anyone more. She even had me come in a week later to make sure everything was still in good condition. She’s definitely my new hair girl!! The energy of the salon is also amazing 💓💓
I have been coming to Rosa at Mane-tained hair salon in Costa Mesa since October of 2025. I enjoy Rosa so much I come every week to wash my hair thoroughly with her, and have her style it. I’ve been a fan of Rosa since our first consultation. She is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and attentive to hair/ scalp health. I personally can’t give a 5 star after what I went through with the hair Rosa put in. I am just not looking for: cheap hair, a mix of straight and curly that tangles instantly, and a style of a straight mullet with a curly hair topper. However, Rosa indicated to me she “stands by her work” which I guess means she thinks the style is great, I just can’t say the same. The owner Tera also told me she stands behind Rosa’s work. 10/10 recommend Rosa! She is very knowledgeable in IBE Extensions and great at matching colors. She truly has transformed my hair and listens to all my questions. She has become a great friend and she's efficient :)
I highly recommend getting your hair done by Rosa . She is a true artist at her craft. I’ve had haircuts, color and extensions added to my hair and I always feel she has me looking my best.
