I had been wanting to change my blonde shade for some time. I have tried so many stylists, showed pictures of the dirty blonde shade I wanted, and even brought a picture of the fresh new look I was going for. Time and time again, I leave the salon and feel disappointed that I wasn't listened to while sitting in the chair.
