Needed a hair cut bad. It had been a year since last cut. They did a great job. Turned out the stylist was an old friend from years gone by. Diane did a great job. It was nice to see and old friend..
Set an appointment for 1 was called not even 15 minutes before the appointment and was told my stylist, Maxine i believe, would be 45 minutes late. We asked the man who called to inform us if the stylist would be able to finished with a cut and wax before a vet appointment we had later(340), ensured us it would not be a problem. 15 minutes before the rescheduled time we got another call and where told that if we wanted a shampoo and dry she wouldn't be able to service us. 100% unprofessional lost my service before i even ste... read more
