Darci cut my hair yesterday for the first time. I just moved down to Chattanooga from the Boston area and I have really long, thick hair and a little nervous to have a new stylist. Darci put me right at ease. She was kind, very knowledgeable, made great suggestions, and happy to get collaboration from her colleagues to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. I’ve NEVER had a better haircut experience and I love love love my hair!!! So many complements at work already on day 1. Thank you!! 🫶

Tiffany was my hair stylist. Absolutely terrible! She was so insanely rude! I’ve came back from black box dye to bleached hair, I understand that my hair health is not great and that’s why I came to cut it/ get a bob, for a refreshing start. Tiffany was making little comments making fun of my hair saying that it was awful feeling, I just feel like it’s going to break off (my hair is not that unhealthy).
