Pathetic service. Never go again. They cancelled appointment anytime.
I went there this week to get my hair cut and eyebrows done, it's a great place! The owner was very sweet and the service was excellent 😊 They really care and make sure that every customer leaves satisfied, i definitely recommend going there! Please ignore the negative reviews, there must have been a couple of mistakes or misunderstandings 😇
Don't ever go here!!! She ruined my hair and she wasn't nice or gentle. Her friends were there and she put them before me as I had dye sitting in my hair for way too long. Overcharged me and did a bad cut. Do not go here!!!
I got a mani/pedi Groupon as a Mother's Day gift. I googled the salon to find out the hours, which were wrong. I call back later, on my fifth phone call the receptionist final answers and tells me I can't make a same day appointment with the Groupon, which was not stated in the fine print. She states they will be busy since it was after MDW. I drive over there and the salon is EMPTY! I purchase a Groupon for a mani and pedi. I make the appointment like it is stated on the voucher. I made the appointment for Friday, April 14, 2017. But before I go to the mani and pedi and I call to verify if we are still on for my appointment. The lady states that answered the phone, that the lady that was supppsed to do my mani and pedi left for the day. Great experience at Mane Event Salon today. They did my hair and makeup for a wedding. It was a treat to come and get pampered and feel like I was in good hands.
My daughter, Nicol, came here for her makeup and hair-do. The staff was fantastic and skillful with their technique in hair. In addition, the makeup looked beautiful. This is definitely a go-to place for professional work!
Just got my high lights done. Amazing job. Rita actually listens and hears u out. Very happy customer.
