Horrible experience. Went for a lash lift the week before my wedding. Arrived and received zero information and barely a word spoken to me about the service. The lash lift resulted in horribly over curled lashes that look much shorter than my natural lashes, and were clumped and unable to put mascara on. I asked for options to relax the curl, and was completely disregarded and told the lash lift was done correctly.
