I have lived in NYC going on 6 years and I am so happy I finally found this AMAZING salon! Sasha did an amazing job with my balayage and gave me exactly what I wanted. I also received an Olaplex treatment after getting it colored which did wonders for my hair! The staff are so welcoming and friendly and offer quality customer service. I highly highly recommend this salon, I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Mandy is the best stylist I’ve visited in Riverdale. She knows how to cut and style long curly long hair and also stubborn grays.
I managed to tangle the entire back of my hair in a round brush (approximately, 8" of hair). I ran to Mandy in a panic. She dropped everything to remove, strand-by-strand, the hair from the brush. I expected to leave with a short bob. Instead, I left with all of my curls. Not only is she an amazing stylist and colorist, but apparently, also a puzzle/maze-master.
Mandy is great hairstylist. She did wonders to my hair. When I came to the salon I was greeted with sweet receptionist and offered coffee, tea,cappuccino... I felt like in heaven. Mandy took 5 hours in order to create my balayage look. I got so many compliments that I will be happy to come back again .
I came here about seven months ago looking to get a balayage for my hair that has always been box dyed. Mandy did my hair and did an amazing job. She expressed concern about bleaching it with all the previous box dye in my hair but it came out great! I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she did it. Now seven months later, people are still asking me where I got my hair done and how it still looks so good for not having it touched up for awhile. The customer service here is great as well.
