Mandy Management has allowed their tenants to destroy our property. We've had ongoing issues with their tenants and they continue to dismiss the harassment we are receiving from their tenants. Sticking her middle finger up at us, calling police for fake accusations, the non stop with our trees, putting up fences on our property, playing loud music at all hours of the days. I was told by Seth I was approved a month ago never got no call back or email and when I reached out to him, he was very rude and nasty and then tell me my application was denied I WOULD NEVER APLLY FOR MANDY MANGEMENT EVER AGAIN
They told us our low credit was fine let us pay for the application and denied us for credit. Then encouraged us to fill out another one just for us to learn that if you fail one application they NEVER accept you again, for ANY property.
Mandy management team is not responsible! They charged the so called damage/cleaning fee (half month rent) from my security deposit after I moved out. They bought the bad condition apartment from the previous landlord but pass on the cost of repairs to the tenant. I have the proof from previous landlord and also have the picture before I leave the apartment. I did my best to clean the apartment. But anyway whatever I do is not worth because of renting from this irresponsible company.
I've been with mandy for many year and my apartmen is nice no problems. But when it comes to my concerns about people in the building there's no action taken for example my mail keeps disappearing or find them in the trash or just thrown on the yard even my food from the food panty that gets delivered get stolen rite from my entrance .at one point I called section 8 to find out where I'm in the waiting list I was number 2 to 10 but the person I talk to said there was mail returned back which I did now so they took my of the ... read more
My apartment building has been without hot water for 2 days. You can never get anyone on the phone. This is an emergency and yet no emergency number. Theres children in the building and our rent was just increased
I have been a tenant of Mandy Management in New Haven since 2016. My first apartment with them was a mess. I had to fight with them in order to get a stove replaced since their building was infested with mice and they were giving birth INSIDE the oven! Being naiive I moved out of the apartment and decided to rent a house from Mandy Management, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have been working with Bryan Waters at Tampa office. Their professional service has been beyond my expectations. I live out of country and Bryan went out of way to take care complicated problems I had. I am thankfull and very pleased. I would not work with any other person and any other company.
Ive live in mandy management properly for over 8years and i like my apt its nice. Where I live my mail got stolen alot and I complain about it but nothing was ever done to fix the problem and now my insurance was cut I found out when I went to see my heart doctor he told me. It turns out that the state send me a letter cuz they needed paper work from me but I never got it cuz someone took it from my mailbox.
