Dr. Mandy was a great dr however when I called for my annual check up appointment one of her clark notifications was that she is not taking certain insurance patients anymore. I understand that, however when i tried to schedule an appointment with a different doctors there is no availability until January 2027. I have tried so many doctors offices to get my refill on my med, but I coulnot get earlier appointments before January, 2027, therefore, I had to call back to Dr Buttrum office and asked for an emergency refill on one... read more
Absolutely ridiculous. All this doctor cares about is money! I’ve been seeing her for years, I went to get my script filled today and I was denied a refill so I called the office and they said that I did not sign up for the concierge service, which I was never notified about which is $175 a month on top of everything else. Looks like I have to find a new physician. Also, the staff is always pretty rude and very young and not very knowledgeable. I 100% recommend finding a different physician.
Great doctor, terrible staff for billing. Called today for an erroneous bill from last year. Staff said they only had 2023 insurance on file, yet seen in 2024 and 2025 and insurance has called repeatedly. Also due a refund and the email I was told to use doesn’t work. Went to concierge and didn’t stay. Have another concierge
On my first visit i explained we recently relocated and i attempted to give Dr my medical history, but she cut me off so I never did give a full medical history. I was given several unsolicited referrals. When I attempted to contact the office for a needed referral I was told I would get a call back - that was over a week ago. I've been a patient at Dr. Mandy Buttrum's office for a couple of years without any issues until my appointment today. I called ahead to inform them I would be 5-10 minutes late due to work commitments. However, I was met with the rudest and most condescending treatment from the front desk worker named Dan. He insisted that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because I was beyond the 5-minute grace period, despite my courtesy call.
