A Very Unpleasant Experience 1. Poor Handover & Misunderstanding This was my fourth visit, and I noticed a new staff member. I had clearly explained in advance exactly what I wanted, yet when the technician changed, the handover was poorly done — which was completely out of my control. Because of a language misunderstanding, she thought I wanted nail tips, even though I clearly said I only wanted Shellac on my natural nails. You're taking a gamble at service with this place. You'll either get a really nice girl or a really rude one - typical rude ones that take their stress out on you and speak in Vietnamese behind your back when there's been some miscommunication. Usually service has been decent but had a horrible experience today. Make sure you're in the mood to put up with rudeness and unprofessionalism when you go here.

I had my nails done yesterday and am still amazed at how great they look! The woman who did my nails was professional and very clearly takes pride in her work. 10/10 will be coming back!
