Went in for jaw pain, usual dentist was booked out for weeks. Building is old and run down, unpleasant vibe. Kept me waiting for half an hour, no apology. Dentist (very young, male, Indian?? Did not even introduce himself or his assistant) sat me in the chair facing away from him while he sat behind me on his computer talking to me which I thought was rude and unprofessional. Very child friendly. My wriggley boys do not like the dentist but we see Dr Pratik. He is the best. We book with him everytime. He is patient, kind and quick.
Dr Anil and the team are fantastic, can’t thank them enough. Recently got my wisdom teeth out and everything was explained in great detail so i never felt unsure of what was going to happen, and I felt extremely comfortable and in control the whole time. the actual surgery went by in a flash, was over before i knew it had started! definitely my go to from now on.
Today I had the best dentist experience of my 41yrs of life! Dr Chidanand Bhat was so incredibly gentle, quick, efficient and professional! I felt absolutely no pain at all to the point that despite having to hold my mouth open and having a drill on my tooth I was genuinely falling asleep. In fact he thinks I actually did not off at one point 🫣🤣 For as long as I am living in Mandurah I have found my forever dentist and the dentist I will send all my family to.
