Went in for jaw pain, usual dentist was booked out for weeks. Building is old and run down, unpleasant vibe. Kept me waiting for half an hour, no apology. Dentist (very young, male, Indian?? Did not even introduce himself or his assistant) sat me in the chair facing away from him while he sat behind me on his computer talking to me which I thought was rude and unprofessional. Very child friendly. My wriggley boys do not like the dentist but we see Dr Pratik. He is the best. We book with him everytime. He is patient, kind and quick.
