If rude, boastful, & arrogant was a person- I’d express my regards as Neci had exemplified those characteristics each visit. I was scheduled for a consultation that was said to be a ‘30 min consult’ & after 5 minutes, I was already being spoken to about app. scheduling. She looked at my hair for a very quick few minutes, said her price, & didn’t say anything furthermore. I wanted stars on head, she never once told me she was unsure of how to braid the style. Her prices are high, her website didn’t give me realistic pricing. I paid $450 for a style that was braided too tightly and not close to the style I wanted. The salon she works out of has very unprofessional coworkers and she was a slow braided who spend a lot of time taking personal phone calls. She arrived a few minutes late for the appointment as well.
