Hey guys, I caught up with a video from Dr. Mandell for headaches. I've lived with them all my life and his solution was so simple, I thought - nope. Never. But I was in pain so I followed his advise on using ice on the back of my head below the scull and OMG. Relief! His solutions work. Since then I have tried several. Don't under estimate simple solutions. He's a master! Thanks Doc!
Hello Dr Mandell. My name is Carmen from Romania. I am writing to you because I have a diagnosis. On my vertebral column the C4-C5-C6-C7 are straitened out. I felt a lot of pain in the back of my schoulders , my neck and my head. I still have pain in my head all the way to my neck.
