Currently a patient whose insurance is in negotiations with TRINITY Health-care, I'm in disbelief and disgust of how you're treated by secretaries and staff that check you in to your appointments. They are beyond rude and find it funny that you may have to find another location for treatment. These people are typically the first people you interact with prior to appt.
