Update 7 years later: We left the Willoughby Hills office not only because we moved but we were very often scheduled to see our doctor but when we got there we would just see some random fill in PCP instead of the doctor we scheduled to see. Today we were seen after 6 years of being at a different office. The doctor was unable to find our shot records for only one of my children, apparently. Have had him since I was a kid and now he’s my sons primary doctor! Couldn’t pick a better physician for your little one! :)
All this office does is cancel your appointments that you’ve had for MONTHS. Then you wait for the next one and they cancel it too
