Never had a more rude or horrible doctor experience. Staff was unprofessional and beyond rude. STAY CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE
Ronald Mandel, D.O. violates his Hippocratic Oath “to do no harm”. He and the receptionist Laurie are totally unhinged. Police called after she assaulted me. Attorney notified to prosecute to full extent of the law. He has a filthy foul mouth, with total disregard for patients.
This is the absolute best Physician that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is the best ever.
I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient with Mandel and the secretary was a little harsh right off the bat. When I notified her of my situation and that I would like to schedule an appointment the secretary told me that they aren't accepting anyone new and when I told her the insurance I had (Recommended to Mandel by my provider) she began raising her voice and becoming upset with me for trying to schedule. Saying you can't get an appointment here with that insurance and using such a negative tone. Sad to see so... read more
Great caring doctor and helpful office staff.
TERRIBLE
Being seeing Dr. Mandel for years. His staff is super kind and helpful, and he has helped me to track down some of my more tricky medical problems over the years. I now take the whole family to see him. Can definitely recommend Him and his practice.
