My partner and I just recently moved here to Milwaukee in the Portrait apartments. Every step from browsing to finally moving all our items here was so immensely supported by this company. Our leasing agent Anthony Fluder was exceptional and really made us feel at home from our first visit on the property. The office team of the property is amazing!! Super helpful and they are always looking for ways to enhance the people who live on the properties lives. I dont know about the other locations but the Eagan team is always on top of their duties and always have a smile on their faces. Im glad i live here.

I live in a Mandel Group property and have had an extremely negative experience. I reached out to The Mandel Group with hopes that the issues I have been having could be professionally resolved. I have not heard back from them, which has been my experience with all staff in my complex as well. I have no control over my own home and have dealt with pest infestations, leaks, and mold.
