Welcoming, the whole staff are very friendly and caring . The office is immaculate. Overall the best experience ever.
Have been a patient at Mandel Family Dental since high school (way further back than I care to mention 😁). Always terrific care, no issues to report. Both John (retired) and Dana always helpful, pleasant and professional while still making you feel right at home.

I work in Boston and and rely on the commuter rail to get in and out of the city, which is very convenient for seeing Dr. Mandel who's office is a 2 minute walk from the train station. I had an early appointment scheduled (routine cleaning and exam), and the plan was to get out in time to catch the train. The hygienist, Stacy, was very understanding about the short time I had, and she gave me a thorough (and gentle) clearing in what felt like no time at all. Don't know what we would do without Dr. Dana and team. Jackie does the best cleanings!!! My son didn't want to get out of the chair his first time at the Dentist!
Jackie did a great job cleaning my teeth ... removing the persistent stains and polishing them brightly. My teeth look so clean and white now! Congratulations to Dr. Dana and her great staff for being acknowledged (by Boston Magazine) as one of the top dental practices in the Boston area.
It was fantastic! I just made appointments for my two sons to start with the practice.
