I would say that the customer service and management staff are actually some of the worse I’ve ever come across. The way they treat their longtime customers is deplorable. I can only imagine if they treat human beings like this, how they must be treating the animals who can’t speak up for themselves. I experienced greed, blatant disrespect, and theft by them. They did procedures on my animals I did not approve of, upsold me on products and services I did not need and then stole my money outright.
The best experience at low prices and knowledgeable staff
This place is great. The prices are a lot more affordable than other clinics. That's is a welcome relief when you're already stressed about your pet. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was the long wait, but they fit me in same day so i was grateful for that, and it made the wait understandable. I highly recommend this place.

We have been coming to you for ten years now, and you have taken such goo care of Koko & Tiny Teeny, who we lost in April. You did everything you could for him and showed so much love for Teeny. This is my 2nd review about Family Friends Vet Hospital but after my most recent experience, I feel that an additional review is warranted! I feel if it were not for Dr. Sidhu and the staff at Family Friends, I truly believe my dog, Romeo, would have died! I was on vacation in Europe.
