This hotel was okay; nothing overly special. I would try a different place on my next visit.

Great location. The Loews are always cool and the back bay location is no exception. Really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful new renovated rooms; amenities include: free wifi, 46inch flat screen TV, separate shower/soaking tub, heated towel racks, even includes bathrobes! Very clean hotel, highly recommend!
Lobster roll is solid. Pappardelle is great if you feel like fresh pasta.
Veronica and Valerie are superb!
