Here to say Dr. Ghahremani (AKA Dr. G) is amazing. She listens, is compassionate and truly cares about her patients. She works all the time, making sure you are being listened to and she answers all your questions. Kaiser is a much better network because of doctors like her.
This location will not contact their patients back. I have had to call several times and have not gotten answer until at least the 5th try. During the call the receptionist proceeded to tell me that they don't call patients back unless there's a referral in the system. It's unprofessional when my doctor specifically gave me their number to call.
