What a professional wow. Multiple times her office told me they don’t have the referral whereas my doctor had already sent it. When I was able to finally schedule , I got Covid and had to cancel. Later on I felt I needed to take some time and had to cancel again which was done way in advance. Now the doctor’s office tells me they won’t see me because I cancelled twice - I mean that’s just ridiculous. What a disgrace such type of doctors are , I’m beyond outraged. Shame on you
Dr Ahmadian makes me feel that I'm more than just my numbers. She is always trying to help motivate me and encourage me adjust my eating behavior to help me get the best health results! She is kind and understanding.
She is so informative, patient and kind. I spent a long time in my first visit chatting with her about my problem. She confidently changed my medical regime and I noticed a humongous change in my mood and energy level after a week. She guessed that the leve of a specific hormone will be gone up after changing my medicine and it happened exactly when she guessed. I totally trust her and I highly recommend her and will never change my doctor.
I came to Dr. Ahmadian after my previous doc I really liked a lot. I was concerned about finding a good replacement. I am completely happy with Dr. Ahmadian. She is personable and very competent, easy to talk to, thorough and good at explaining things. Her office staff are always pleasant. I think it's great she was named a Top Doc in 2016.
I have nothing but praise for Dr. Ahmadian. I am a runner/athletic who suffered a broken hip in an accident; a dexascan revealed osteopenia. The first endocrinologist I found had little empathy or bedside manner. Dr. Ahmadian was very thorough in developing a plan (Prolia) to address bone loss. She is empathetic, listens very well, and patient in explaining details; and she has a great staff; have gone to her for 2 years. Through excellent PT and Dr. Ahmadian's help, I am back running again!
I have had a hard time working with her. She has disagreed with everything my primary doctor done - from tests run to diagnoses. Moving past that and working with her to further understand what is wrong, at times I feel like she doesn't believe me, talks down to me and is dismissive. I'm only staying with her as my primary asked me to ride it out otherwise I wouldn't work with her.
I stopped seeing Dr Ahmadian because (a) she has a condescending and impersonal tone (b) she asked questions that made me feel like she didn't believe my symptoms (c) her office staff are not friendly and (d) I'm tired of filling out so much paperwork they require.
Dr. Ahmadian was disrespectful, difficult, and a very poor diagnostician, with a focus too much on disagreeing with other doctors methods and not enough focus on her own!
