The staff here at mandlay apartments are so sweet and kind starting with the assistant manager of the property named josh is so kind very friendly and very fun to be around for a true example we had really bad weather one day this week and he was so kind he hopped in his car and drove me all the way to work that day I didn't even ask him to do that but it is really hard to find great and fun friendly apartment staff like that and then josh's helper shaley that shares a office with josh was very kind and helpful one day last ... read more
Bugs – I was really happy to move into my apartment until i ran into one major issue with bugs. i moved into a apartment that was pretty much roach infested. the fridge wasn't cleaned well because there was a bug inside. i had to set off 2 packs of bug bombs from walmart 4days after moving because they were crawling every where. the 1st day i killed 4 roaches and the 2nd day another 3.... every thing was pretty much fixed when i bought some stuff called boaric acid. Yikes! – Must say the review does not help these aptmnts. It's too bad. They look very nice on the outside. I'm looking for aptmnts for someone who lives out of state. Its true you have to gather your own information and hear both sides of the story, but usually the tenants are a good source.

I am the Supervisor of this property and I take great care in providing people the best living experience I can. I am an apartment renter also, so I know the frustrations people feel when things are not done to their satisfaction. I do not deny that this individual had an experience that was not perfect. Filing a complaint against the Mandalays – Contact westwood-apartments on the internet if you have any complaints about the Mandalays. This is who owns them. Complaining directly to the Mandalays staff will not work.
Horrible Apartments – Hi-- these are the most horrible apartments we have ever lived in, and we have lived in 5 including this one. They are cheap for the square footage that you get and there IS A REASON!! The management is young, not professional, and stupid. MAINTENANCE REQUESTS TAKE DAYS. Then, when they get to your apartment, they are SO not professional and they literally do not speak English. I'm not talking barely any English-- I'm talking NO English.
