Worst customer service experience I have ever had! After spending $675 for funeral flowers, and 1.5 hours in their store (it took me 15 minutes to make my selection) because the designer who waited on me had no clue how to put my orders into her computer system (after her third try I demanded to talk with someone who knew what they were doing!) the $75 Angel was placed in the arrangement BROKEN and Frank Mancuso Jr. was trying to blame that on the funeral home?! They have everything! The best part are the freshest flowers I have ever experienced.
We purchased our wedding flowers from Mancuso's and they were amazing. They worked with me from my first appointment to the reception. I highly recomend them to all of the future brides. You won't be disapointed.
Mancuso's did my wedding, my parents wedding and my grandparents wedding. All were amazing. We have the pictures from all three! The grandchild and dad from the orginal owners are still the owners!! Amazing American story for the 4th of July weekend! Mancuso's,,,,,,Lead on!!
Their service to our family when my father died in May was professional and very comforting. They really listened to our desire in what we thought our Dad would like. They more than filled our expectations. The flowers are still alive and thriving almost 2 months later and the prices were what we expected. Recently switched to Mancuso's after doing business with another top florist in the Metro Detroit area for years. I couldnt be happier with my beautiful flowers, and will never go ANYWHERE else again! The customer service was so above and beyond my expectations that they are doing my flowers for my wedding in May. The new location is beautiful too!

I decided to use Mancuso's Florist for my September 2009 wedding, becuase there prices were reasonable!!! I should have went with the another florsit!!! The day of my wedding there truck broke down in front of the church, and my bouquet and the groomsmens boutineers were drying out! They looked horrible. I payed $ 125.000 for my bouquet, in which inexpensive flowers were used and it was very small and compact!! For the price of the flowers the bouquet should have been much fulIer and plentiful.
