These are all fake reviews obviously, slow response to inquiry, Lazy internet sales director. Jason J2 Hayes is worthless. The sales team are good, but i wouldn't work with Jason. Wasted 3 hour trip to get a bike and of course it was sold and no reply from Jason. Spent my hard earned money elsewhere
I just bought my deluxe there about a week ago and it’s my third bike from this place and Jason my salesman was awesome these guys were honest treated me with respect got me the bike I wanted no BS just an awesome experience I love my bike I highly recommend this place definitely go see Jason great guy to deal with

Ordered parts was told 3 bus days 7 days later called and they had not checked in the order in. Well since 2014 I had been sending all of my friends here to the CLASS because I did the class there BUT never again!!!!
The service department personnel were great (everyone was great to us). They went the extra mile to get me back on the road. Even had to run down an part from across town at one of their sister stores. Thank you!!!

These folks are always helpful and welcoming. I don't care if it's the need for a new bike, to investigate a weird noise, or service work. Thumper, Huey, Russell, and everyone always helps anyway they can.
