Kristen in service is the best. After taking my 09 Electra Glide to a different mechanic i had so many problems. They cut my springs and claimed they did a lowering kit. NOT. Kristen found all the issues and fixed 100% of them. She resolved the problems and my bag is safe again. On top of that she treated me totally fair on the invoice. I will NEVER go elsewhere. Oh yah. Bought my son a FSL from Jason that is totally cool. They earned my trust.
I can’t say enough about this dealership. I live in Dallas and was in search of a limited paint scheme on a new Road Glide. Not only did Jason and the crew at Crossroads find a way to make the deal work but they were actually happy to help someone from out of town. This was my 7th new Harley buying experience and it was the absolute best. From sales to service to motor clothes - all great folks.
