bought a car in July and put a $500 deposit on it. Caleb the sales person said it would be refunded when we got the loan....still no refund. I have asked for the title...still no title. I had to have work done to the car immediately after I got it, Caleb said we would be reombursed....still no reimbursement check. Jonathan the manager was supposed to call me and work all this out....still no call. it has only been since July. I would not use this dealership or reccomend it to anyone.
Call back in a timely manor I think 3 days later is A buy here pay here types of dealer follow up. When the actual owner can’t return a call that’s after I purchased a car from them asking where my ta g is. I think that’s kinda important
RecommendedI had a wonderful experience working with Benjamin as my sales person and Jonathan in the finance department. My transaction was handled over the phone as I do not live very close to the dealership. I picked my Aston Martin paid for it and they shipped it, that easy. If you’re shopping for a vehicle here I highly recommend working with Benjamin.
Phenomenal experience - I bought a like-new F-Type SVR from Jon and Caleb. They were extremely patient with me throughout the purchasing process while I also considered and reviewed alternative brands from other dealers (mainly Aston Martin). The SVR was the eventual winner, and Mancuso had the most pristine example. Their entire process was superb - Quick, easy, transparent. Thank you!

Great and efficient service
Flew in from Nebraska to test drive an M5. Everybody at the dealership was genuinely friendly and not pushy. It was a surprisingly laid-back environment. I'm very happy with my purchase. I would recommend them.
Had a horrible experience with a car dealership that was pretending to be luxury. Had the complete opposite experience with Mancuso Motorsports. Extremely happy with their customer service and their transparency. Jake took care of everything and kept me updated through out. Highly recommend. This is a dealership you can trust. 5 stars
