Decided to return a mattress and their return policy is not as easy as they make it sound. Was charged $149 to return and the manager suggested I waited 30 days so that I get to keep the a discount. I had called before the 30 days and was told that I had to wait 30 days. The manager was fairly rude during the entire policy. Have purchased 3 mattresses this year from them. Never again.
Really great. Rob helped us. He's very well-versed, kept things clear. Encouraged us to try, was never pushy- even though we bought on our third visit! At the end he gave us the best deal and set everything up. I cannot think of another place where you received this kind of service anymore. Highly recommend it. Good variety and really great service. Pricing ended up better than Macy's clearance sale we initially went to.
