What a kind, compassionate doctor. So sad he retired!
I've been a patient for 10 years. Each year I have a routine physical and only once has Dr. Mancini conducted the physical - a physicians assistant is the norm. I just called to schedule my 2018 physical and was told that he was booked through the summer and to call back. Wow, not a patient focused practice.
The office staff is rude and very hard to deal with. They bill for vaccines that are supposed to be preventive. They did not care to make the corrections, even after promising to change it. Front office female employees are rude and have a bad attitude when you call. When I asked for records, they gave a ridiculous amount $ per page. Did not matter that the office has made $$$ from all the visits that my family had with them. Happy I changed practices. Good bye Dr Mancini, you were a very nice dr. Dr. Mancini is as close to a perfect physician as any that I have dealt with. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring; and communicates with the utmost effectiveness. I have read other reviews that criticize his office staff and note that I have never experienced the issues that are cited in them.
Dr Mancini is an amazing & caring doctor. He has been managing my difficult health for over 12 years. He is very experienced & patience. As well, he has a great office staff.
