food was tasteless and rubbery. almost tasted burnt. the south asian supervisor caused a massive scene when we tried to return the food. just embarrassing. she called over the security guard but he was on our side and convinced her to give us a refund. many other people also said their food tasted left out or expired that same day. I don't know who is running this business but they need to sort this out. terrible service.
we ordered two noodles and beef and an asian lady was taking my order her customer service was awful and i was not satisfied one bit, later after we tried the food it tasted disgusting, it was dry, tasteless and rubbery i’ve had manchu wok before and it tasted nothing like this. this place definitely had the food out for a while. we went back and asked for a refund and this south asian lady who claimed to be the supervisor started giving us attitude when we were having a mature conversation. later on she said she couldn’t re... read more
I really love the food here. It was my first time having meal here and i loved it coz the food was great and on top of that the staff was really helpful. The explained me in lovingly manner and politely. I ordered chicken, fish and noodles and everything was top notch. Loved it here!
Love, love, love the chicken wings at ManchuWOK! They’re crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor — honestly one of my favorite things on the menu. Unfortunately, they don’t sell the chicken wings at the ManchuWOK location near where I live anymore, which is such a letdown. Wish they offered them everywhere because they’re seriously that good!
My go-to spot at STC. Staff are nice and food is really good. Portions are large as well.
