Too many transient people roaming around at night not enough cameras around and too many people drive fast in the park.
Quite and clean. I enjoy visiting family every time.
This little park is kept clean and quiet. it is far enough from main thoroughfares, that there is practically zero foot traffic. If they are not coming to visit someone at MVMHP, they ain't coming this way. The only prob as far as I see is the cost: Space rent PLUS five (5) metered utilities! yikes! that adds up fast, but its doable, the park is kinda worth it.
