Thanks to Rich Sika for time, attention, and humor. He took the time to help me understand the vehicle options and never pressured me. My new ride is a gem. At delivery, he reviewed the technology and made sure I was comfortable with the tech/media/nav operations. Thanks also to Lisa Friedrich for making the F&I process a breeze. I have had mazda manchester service my 3 for yearsssss and the service I had received has been top notch. I moved to Savannah Georgia a couple years ago, and realized I should write a review. I work in the auto industry and I appreciate how they have always treated me. Customer service can be difficult when dealing with repairs on vehicles, but they have always exceeded any expectations I have had. Even though at first I couldn't settle with a satisfactory deal on a CX-9 due to a misunderstanding, I gave a second chance and settled with an awesome CX-5 instead.
