Renter beware! My aunt gave them a cashier's check as a deposit last year sometime and for personal reasons changed her mind the next day and never moved in and asked for her deposit back. Almost a year later and she still has not received her money back. She is almost 79 years old and on a fixed income. Does anyone know who the owner of the property is and address, phone number, or e-mail address? We don't want to have to take it legal but may have to.
YUCK! I absolutely hated living here 1)Everyone smokes 2)apartments reek of cigarettes 3)it's been 2 months and i still haven't gotten my $1000 deposit back when the lease CLEARLY states 21 days! and they were constantly turning off the water for hours on end WITHOUT warning! UGH! and this crazy lady was practically in love with my dog. what a freak! doesn't she know beastiality is WRONG? these jerks are lucky that i haven't reported them to the fresno housing commission!
