Haven't loved the cleaning by ultrasound technique, I found it very painfull, I assumed it was the policy of the office on how cleanings are done, so I never said anything. Found out because, I had Rebecca, it is preferance of employee. Happy to now stay with Rebecca for a cleaning that felt as good as the ultrasound type but not so painfull. Patients should be told this, if people are like me they don't want to complaine or seem like whimps.
