Breaking my lease at the end of the month, this is the WORST apartment complex in Roswell/Alpharetta. Just ghetto. My family can't go 1 day without my apartment filled with weed. Not just the weed, but loud music and, selling of drugs on the side of my apartment. Trust me, I can see it. This apartment complex welcomes assholes and does nothing when good people say something. They will learn their lesson though when the people with money leave it to those without stay. Office stay, who do you think pays your salary? Peace.
This has been probably the worse apartment experience you could imagine. To begin, the people in the leasing office are very nice and helpful, however you will rarely get a call back and your voicemails will never be responded to. I moved in to our unit, and cancelled our lease less than a week later. We toured a couple units before signing, but when the Coronavirus orders came out, we were only able to view the apartment by pictures, which is understandable.
