Took my 3 year dog several times to get checked for mites because she was itching and losing hair. 2/3 times they told me she didn't have anything. The final time I took her they said it was allergies gave her antibiotics and it didn't help. I ended up taking her to another vet, they did a skin scrape and found out she had mange. Not pleased with their service, overpriced and a different doctor always sees your dogs.
I brought my boy cat, Frito Lay, in Monday, due to rapid weight loss. In spite of Dr. Reicher sharing the same concerns as I had, he put me at ease very quickly. He was quick, efficient, gentle, and explained everything to me as he examined my boy. I also want to note that Frito loves Claire, the LVT. He always gets her every time he and his sister come in, and she immediately puts him at ease. Frito also took a quick liking to Able, the Veterinary assistant, which is unusual to him. Very good to my Brussels Griffon since he was 3 months old. He's 5 years old now and in perfect health.
