Emergency Room visit. Everyone was great. Excellent care.
Had to pull off I-75 as I knew I was suffering a Kidney stone attack. Struggled to make my way to Manatee and I feared a long wait and misunderstanding of my painful condition. The MMH staff was right on the ball at every turn and got me through in rapid time. Everyone I encountered was professional and understanding. I wish this hospital was my local hospital.
I was at the hospital for a schedule out patient ablation procedure. I was treated very well and very pleased with everything and all the attending nurses. I did have one issue with the head nurse who wouldn't let my girlfriend stay overnight. No one else had an issue with it. They need a consistent policy and then communicate it to everyone. A big thanks to everyone for the care I received.
They have taken Great care of my Family & Friends that have been there as patients
STAY FAR AWAY from this hospital - took my child to the E/R on 4/18. A care plan was agreed upon with the staff. The care plan WAS NOT FOLLOWED and they falsified their records to say that discussions were had with us as parents, that never happened.
Took husband to ER for abdominal pain was taken care of prompting and diagnosed with appendicitis and needed surgery
