Worst experience ever!!!! Took 2 months to get my kids an appointment. Have the text messages to prove they had them on the schedule. I took off work and got them out of school. For them to tell me the girl for some reason actually never scheduled them. They clearly saw this was on their end. You would think they would try to find a solution but nope. I got told I had to reschedule for another date. No thank you!

First I want to say that this review is strictly regarding Manassas Smiles customer service. They do first class, 5 star dental work, but their customer service absolutely, positively stinks. If I could have gave a "0" stars I would have.I had an emergency and ended up having a root canal and a temporary cap. When I come out, I am told that I owe $1400.00. They have my insurance information on file, but was not told by anyone at the front desk, dental assistants or the … See more
Madina is great!! She really cares for patients and goes above and beyond for them.
Great experience every time I go there! Very professional and courteous staff. Great dentists that listen to your concerns and treat you accordingly. Have never had anything to complain about during my visits. Will continue to go their for all my dental needs and recommend them to others!

Because they make a person feel like they only care about the patients money and what the insurance will cover.. not at all about the patients wellbeing or concerns.. the dentist I saw today.. terrible. No compassion, no human warmth.. not a good environment to have work done. I will look for another practitioner.. and if anyone ever asked.. I will not recommend your office..
