My daughter has been a patient with Manassas Pediatrics for 17 years, and my wife and I (and my daughter) are very glad we found this practice ! Their concern for my daughter's physical and mental health is evident each time we set up, and have a visit. Making an appointment is easy, and they will ask if a follow-up is needed before we leave. We’ve had nothing but great experiences here. My daughter has been a patient since she was a newborn, and she’s now seven, almost eight. Over all these years, we’ve consistently received excellent care. Scheduling is always easy, whether it’s a routine physical or a last-minute sick visit. It’s very rare that we can’t get in quickly when we need to. Calls are returned promptly, the emergency line is incredibly responsive, and the turnaround time for forms and paperwork is always fast. I have been bringing my children here for years and have always had good service and wonderful doctors.
Edited to add: The policy regarding appointment time is confusing. It reflects poor communication, it makes me feel dumb, and when you get turned away at the door you feel unwelcome. I am copying what another comment said because I had the same experience.
