Dr. Kim is very thorough and also a great listener. He takes his time during every visit and explains his thoughts and what he thinks will work best for me. He’s attentive and empathetic. The best PCP I’ve had. The front desk team is very nice. I would prefer they handle one transaction at a time as I was recently overcharged. After explaining to receptionist she disagreed with me but The office manager confirmed that I was infact charged twice reversed my charges immediately and she apologized for the exspensive error.
Our insurance said preventive blood tests were free, so we did a preventive blood test, but they sent us to a blood testing lab for a regular blood test, so we got a bill asking us to pay. So, we called the hospital twice and asked them to change it to preventive and send it back, but they only answered that they would do so and did not change it, so we went to the hospital again and asked for it. I have been a patient of Dr Kim’s for several years. I have never had an issue and appreciate the fact that I can easily make appointments when illnesses and injuries arise. Dr Kim is a very kind and patient person and listens to his patients’ concerns. His front desk also always treat me well. I recommend Dr Kim.
I had an appointment for my Autistic and intellectual disable Adult daughter and was promised accommodation for her high Anxiety with new places so she went in the office but terrified to go in to see the doctor so we asked if the doctor to see her or say hey in the waiting room so she can see and feel comfortable but she was not good enough for a DOCTOR to walk two steps to say hey in very small office, they said he was busy!!!! we had an appointment and we were promised accommodation but they saw us and we were not good en... read more
