Dr Kim is not a nice person and the front desk staff all needs a attitude adjustment.Even though I think the docters in this practice could be more thorough with your health issues.But after being a patient here for 5 years the last straw for me is an issue with the billing department. Avoid this office at all costs—completely unprofessional, careless, and rude. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient through Zocdoc for a pre-surgery visit. Shortly after, they called to say they couldn’t see me because my primary care provider (PCP) on my insurance was listed under a different name. I immediately contacted my insurance, changed my PCP, and even had my insurance agent call the office to confirm they had the correct NPI number. This medical office is the worst customer service I ever experienced. They don’t care for your health at all . I was talking to someone on the phone and they hang up on me because of some appointments issue. Rude I hope people read this review and don’t go there, Unfortunately behaviour
Do not go to this practice!!! I felt like some of them discriminating !!! I’ve been going there for 5 years and I don’t feel no sense of bond with not one of the doctors all they want is your money. The receptionists are disrespectful ( tone and body language) , unprofessional and dishonest. I don’t know which school they went to but they need some customer service training and as a RN who works in a hospital that’s not it. Dr. Kim is ok to work with, quiet but it’s ok. Dr. Janet, assumed I didn’t work out when we completed a physical and was rude (I work out 5 days a week) but apparently she believes people who aren’t “the standard size” must not be healthy. The front desk is rude. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life, literally it takes nothing to be courteous, polite and respectful but unfortunately the front desk staff can’t offer that.
