Just terrible!! Why does this practice keep hiring children??? Very rude receptionists. This practice needs adults at the front end to represent Manassas Internal Medicine not rude and belligerent children. I confirmed my appointment the day before and checked in on day of appointment on their HEALOW website and received message that they know I'm here and there was nothing else that I needed to do. I been going 5 years there and the front desk lady was not really nice there. They told me that my insurance did not cover but my insurance said it does so they are not professional. In my opinion I do not recommend to go there.
received an email confirming my appointment for 1:30 and arrived on time. However, upon arrival I was informed that my appointment had not been confirmed. I was also told that there were no available appointments until next week, despite Zocdoc still showing four available time slots. The situation felt misleading and unprofessional.

This place keeps getting worse every single year. I’ve been going to this clinic for over 10 years, and I’ve finally decided to change doctors. Dr. Janet is unprofessional and unable to provide even simple health solutions. She focuses more on irrelevant issues instead of listening to her patients. Then she tries to take shortcuts by sending prescriptions to any clinic she wants, expecting me to handle the process of transferring them to my preferred location instead of simply taking the time to note the correct address.
